· 8+ years experience in aircraft design and performance analysis · Proficiency in MDO practices and methodologies · Proficiency in numerical analysis (Matlab, Python or equivalent) · BSc/MSc in aerospace, mechanical eng, physics or equivalent · Demonstrated success in communicating with technical teams to collect requirements, describe product features and technical designs and driving implementation across multiple teams · Firm understanding of software design principles · PhD in Aerospace or equivalent · Experience with Low Reynolds number aerodynamics · Experience with setting up and running
