Global Talent Acquisition is seeking an experienced Sr. Recruiting Program Manager to drive the ongoing adoption and usage of Amazon’s third-party Candidate Relationship Management (CRM) platform to ensure Amazon realizes the ROI for the platform. You will create programmatic and technological solutions to deliver value to Amazon's recruiting teams globally, particularly at the top of the recruiting funnel. In this role, you will manage the strategic relationship with Amazon’s third-party Software as a Service provider (Beamery), including partnering with Beamery to define the roadmap for Amazon’s ongoing use of the platform, including requirements definition across all of Amazon decentralized Global Talent Acquisitions (GTA) teams. You will also coordinate with Beamery on new releases schedules and deployment plans (including training and change management /communications) to successfully rollout new features across GTA. In addition, you will have oversight and responsibility for managing

· Bachelor's degree · 10+ years of program management experience and/or Recruiting delivery experience · Knowledge of service-oriented architecture, product development, and/or project management · A solid understanding of recruiting systems and processes · Knowledge of the talent acquisition technology marketplace · Recruiting technology implementation experience including design, configuration, project management, change management, communications, training and driving end user adoption· Master’s degree · A solid understanding of recruiting processes · A working knowledge of system architecture
