The Edge Release and Feedback Pipeline Lead PM will drive vision and execution for delivery of Edge to hundreds of millions of customers and will evolve our listening systems, allowing us to understand and react to direct customer feedback through rapid iterations. As a senior member of the Edge leadership team, the Lead PM will be responsible for coordinating work across the Edge team, and across Microsoft to reliably deliver and update Edge to all our customers. Key Responsibilities include: • Strategic Leadership: Work with the leadership team to define and communicate the Edge release and feedback systems. Drive strategy initiatives and provide thought leadership. Represent and communicate shared vision across the team and with stakeholders across the company. • Product Definition: Lead a team of Program Managers in defining Microsoft's browsing release, update, and feedback systems. • Partner with Engineering: Work closely with the Release and Feedback engineering team to deliver experiences and be accountable for the results. • Build an Inclusive Community:
• 10+ years of related program management / technical product management experience • 5+ years of people management • Strong project management and people management skills. Experience with Agile methodologies a plus. • Extensive experience releasing software at a global scale is required. Experience with various telemetry and feedback systems is a plus. • Track record of building high functioning teams, including recruiting and retaining diverse talent • Proven competency in strategic leadership, organizational agility, cross-team collaboration, drive for results, and written and verbal communications
