Basic Qualifications: Completed Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited University or 6+ years of Amazon experience 6+ year’s experience in program or product management working across multiple stakeholders 4+ years building advanced business models using excel, including visual basic applications (VBA) 2+ year’s experience with labor management systems such as Kronos, Workforce, or applicable platforms Strong mathematical and analytical skills Preferred Qualifications: 2+ year’s experience in Retail/Field operations experience, and/or labor planning Experience assessing major workforce management
