As a principal program manager on the Enterprise Risk Management and Compliance (ERMC) team, you will be working in an agile environment solving enterprise level challenges and delivering innovation solutions. ERMC drives company-wide priorities and goals for addressing enterprise-wide risks and to monitor business compliance programs. For areas where global coordination is required to manage risk, ERMC 1) establishes company-wide policies and requirements, 2) manages and oversees programs to mitigate risks, 3) monitors business compliance with requirements, and 4) reports testing results to Amazon senior leadership. This role is inherently cross-functional and requires a strong ability to think big -- you will work closely with teams across the company, including engineering, compliance, operations, finance, business intelligence, and executives to deliver against new programs that address enterprise-wide risks.
