The Global Student Programs team’s mission is to attract, hire, and integrate student talent from all backgrounds to build the future of Amazon's global workforce. We are responsible for finding diverse, bar-raising students, delivering a frustration-free candidate experience, and ultimately connecting talent to the most in-demand opportunities at Amazon. The Principal Program Manager will lead a team of 2-3 to reinvent the interview process to help Amazon hire the next generation of Amazon leaders. You will be based in NA but your recommendations will have a global impact. You will work with an impressive group of stakeholders to support you: · You will work with the Talent Assessment organization to introduce new online assessments, and improve existing ones. · You will work with PeopleTech and other technology partners

· Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience. · Excellent analytical and quantitative skills; ability to use data and metrics to back up recommendations. · Strong organizational skills including prioritizing, scheduling, time management, and meeting deadlines. · Master’s degree in Business Administration or related field. · Exceptional written and oral communication abilities. · Proven ability to identify, analyze, and solve ambiguous problems independently with an exceptional attention to detail. · Proven ability to influence without authority and support/represent cross-functional teams
