The SharePoint and OneDrive services are some of the fastest growing businesses in M365. With millions of users moving to the cloud, the OneDrive\SharePoint Customer Engineering team is looking for a Program Manger\Technical leader to help be a part of building a center of customer excellence in our organization. Our direct engagement with our customers, partners and engineering teams sets us up to be leaders across our organization in addressing some our top customer issues. The team is leading in a number of initiatives that include strategic guidance and roadmaps with our internal\external partner ecosystem, working directly with our field and support teams to build out our scale engagement efforts, understanding and improving our modern support experiences and taking our direct customer engagements learnings and turning those into guidance and feedback to our engineering teams.

Specific responsibilities will include understanding customer scenarios, identifying business improvements, partnering with engineering teams to align priorities and dependencies and ensure that end-to-end scenarios come together to realize strong customer and business value. You will be on point to work with our partners, Field Teams and Support Teams to take our guidance and best practices to our customers to get them on the right track "build it right, architect it right, the first time." Additional responsibilities will include direct engagement with strategic customers as well as improving
10+ years of direct customer engagement experience in roles such as Technical Support, Managed Services environments, or Consulting roles. Thought leader with executive presence, including ability to hold CxO and BDM level discussions, and executive-level, exceptional interpersonal, verbal, written and presentation skills Proven capability to deliver strong transformational programs that are delivered at scale Customer discovery with internal teams to understand their current pain points and where they're motivated to change and invest in improvements Identify opportunities for 'productizing' tools,
