With the digital transformation upon us, users need to be productive from any location, whether they are joining in a meeting from a conference room or participating remotely. Our mission is to deliver the best M365 communication spaces experience. We work with internal teams and external partners to deliver the solutions for conference rooms, personal spaces and backend systems. Our devices natively integrate with O365 Services: Skype for Business Online and Teams. We are building analytics and insights based on intelligence of the meeting room, which can help our customers better utilize their resources and help them be more effective in meeting rooms.
Our team works with customers to help them seamlessly on-board with our rooms and devices technology. We're looking for a principal program manager to help us build the right components to help scale our service delivery with customers and deploy meeting rooms and devices, as a "white glove" service. Key responsibilities: Envision the mechanics, process and components for monitoring and supporting customer's rooms. Engage with customers to understand their requirements and envision solutions that will simplify how rooms are deployed and serviced. Define and prioritize feature set against the service
Degree in Computer Science, or related field Demonstrated PM skills and a track record of project execution Experience working in a fast-paced dynamic environment, developing project plans, and managing a program and process Outstanding problem-solving skills and a passion to solve hard problems Ability to work with partner teams across organization boundaries Strong interpersonal and verbal/written communication skills Demonstrated experience delivering results in an ambiguous and changing environment
