We are looking for an experienced Principal Program Manager to handle a strategic initiative. You will work side by side with a talented team of operators, product managers, designers, and technologists. You must be able to thrive and succeed in an entrepreneurial environment, and not be hindered by ambiguity or competing priorities. High judgment, ability to influence, exceptional organization and communication skills, and leadership are essential to success in this role.
· Bachelor’s degree required or work experience in program management for 10+ years · Strong program management and adoption experience · Ability to effectively manage cross functional projects, dependencies and bottlenecks · Experience escalating issues, anticipating and making tradeoffs, balance the business need versus other constraints and maximize business benefit while building great customer experiences · Experience using problem solving and analytical skills to solve business problems and drive process improvements · Experience gathering and analyzing large amounts of data and delivering
