We are seeking a Principal Product Manager Tech to own all natural language understanding for product knowledge. There are billions of products on Amazon that Alexa users may want to know more about. You will own the services that interpret everything customers ask Alexa, to identify and understand every product question, and route it to the best sources for answers. Your services will deploy a series of natural language understanding techniques, from the simplest to the state-of-the-art, at the scale of all Alexa users. The platform you build will get better every sprint, learning from new data, user behavior, and better models to improve how well Alexa understands every user. Our vision is that Alexa will be the world's most knowledgeable product expert who knows you, in a store that sells everything.
