The Amazon in the Community team is seeking a experienced, innovative Principal Product Manager who is an extraordinary builder and strategic thinker. You will inspire the global Amazon employee base by designing and building products that drive community volunteering and meaningfully connect employees and local nonprofit organizations. Amazon is committed to helping all children and young adults, especially those from underrepresented and underserved communities, have the resources and skills they need to build their best future. Amazon in the Community (AITC) focuses on building long-term, innovative, and high impact programs that leverage Amazon’s unique assets and culture. Initiatives include Amazon Future Engineer, designed to inspire and excite 10 million children and young adults from underrepresented communities each year to pursue an education in computer science, as well as programs that support immediate needs, including fighting childhood hunger by providing access to millions

· 8+ years’ experience in roles that required related product management skills, with multiple dependencies, complex requirements, and stakeholders across multiple business units, at all levels of seniority. · 8+ years’ experience working side-by-side with technical teams in delivering software products. · 8+ years’ experience in professional roles requiring exceptional written and oral communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. · Demonstrated ability to deliver results under high complexity, competing priorities, and multiple assignments. Superb analytical and problem solving skills
