Do you want to be at the center stage of innovation within Amazon's Supply chain and driving one of the largest supply chain experimentation systems in the world? Do you want to drive multi-million dollar decisions through data and experiments? Do you want to drive the future of experimentation through your vision? As a Principal Product Manager of IPC Lab, you will push the boundaries of experimentation, be the driver of several huge data driven decisions and be a part an exciting, challenging journey of structured decision making to the next level. IPC Lab enables large scale experiments for teams across Amazon to measure the impact of new policies, algorithms or process changes on Amazon’s key metrics. As the product manager, your will be responsible for driving the end state vision of supply chain experiments at Amazon. You are expected to be a thought leader defining the the landscape, bring both business and technical acumen to define product road map and execution. You will partner

• Advanced degree (Masters, PhD) in Computer Science, Statistics, Operations Research, Industrial Engineering or related field and/or MBA • 10+ years of business management, product management, or product development experience; • Analytical and quantitative skills; ability to use hard data and metrics to back up assumptions; • Experience working in a fast-paced, high impact environment; • Executive Presence: comfort leading meetings and communicating with senior leadership • Excellent verbal and written communications skills, as well as the ability to work effectively across internal and external
