The Consumer Experience Technology (CXT) team owns the technology stack for Amazon.com websites worldwide from the front-end customer experience to back-end service technology and website hosting. We are looking for a Principal Product Manager for our Global Site Navigation team. Are you interested in driving innovation on a product that is the most visible feature on Amazon.com? Do you want to be responsible for helping customers find the departments, features and services they are looking for? If so, then this is the role for you! Global Site Navigation team is responsible for the personalized navigation experience on Amazon.com for desktop and mobile web. This is a high profile and visible position, with the opportunity to work with all the teams across Amazon such as Fresh, Prime, Music, Video, Alexa, Kindle, Retail teams and Customer Service. Ideal candidates will have experience with e-commerce, website navigation, mobile and advertising. Candidates have strong analytical skills,

· 7-10+ years of software product management, product marketing, and/or business development experience, preferably in a fast-paced online environment · · Superior written and verbal communication skills · · Passion for understanding customers and their behavior · · Analytical thinker - ability to drive metrics and benchmarks to ensure continuous improvement in process and results; ability to identify and solve complex, ambiguous problems · · Quick decision maker - ability to demonstrate bias for action under tight timing and pressure · · Ability to manage the needs of multiple internal stakeholders
