Privacy is a hot topic in the industry right now, laws are evolving quickly and Microsoft has to be able to adapt quickly to the changes in the Privacy landscape. The Windows Privacy Program works with engineering teams to promote transparency and end user choice over use of their personal information. We are looking for a Privacy Validation Manager to lead a global team of program managers and software engineers that validate the implementation of transparency of user choice. This individual needs to know how to work across the engineering teams in effective ways to ensure product

We are searching for and experienced leader to manage and drive Windows Privacy Compliance and Validation. This role will involve managing PM, SWEs and a remoted Managed Service team to: Create tools and processes to monitor, audit, and enforce privacy standards in key systems across Microsoft Validate Windows Privacy features and experiences for release readiness Connect with Customers via the Microsoft Feedback Hub Drive the effort across Windows to improve the quality and adherence to Privacy fundamentals Work across the privacy team to gather and disseminate validation requirements Propose
Required Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in computer science, math, or engineering discipline or equivalent experience 8+ years leadership experience 10+ years managing/shipping software or technology related products D ata Analytic or Quality Validation experience Preferred Qualifications: Outstanding cross-group collaboration skills and proven ability to partner across organizations Excellent communication skills with an ability to tailor messaging up and down the management chain as well as prepare external ready communications Ability to develop quality measures/metrics/KPIs A passion for
