The Connections marketing
Connections is a mechanism to listen to and learn from employees across Amazon, at scale to eliminate obstacles that get in the way of customer obsession so we can make the employee experience better every day. The Connections marketing and communications manager is responsible for crafting strategy and implementing communication programs to build trust, adoption, and reach for the product. The role is responsible for both overall brand and message development for the Connections product as well as go-to-market planning in conjunction with product managers and business program managers. The ideal candidate uses high-judgment, thinks strategically and is also capable of implementing their ideas from ideation and development to measurement and evaluation. They are also relentlessly focused on the customer, and provide peers and leadership with appropriate data, anecdotes, and recommendations to support the program objectives.
· Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field. · 8+ years of communications and/or product marketing experience. · Experience developing and implementing communication plans · Experience creating content: digital, written, video, or visual communications materials. · Experience in change management from audience and stakeholder analysis through implementation and success metrics tracking. -Ability to write clear communications with a high bar for editing and proofreading including excellent grammar, spelling, and punctuation · Proven ability to thrive in a high energy environment
