The Amazon Global Benefits team is seeking a Principal who can design and implement a comprehensive behavioral health strategy for Amazon employees and their families across the globe. The ideal candidate has a demonstrated history of successfully owning and solving very large, complex behavioral health or healthcare-related problems and engaging with cross-functional teams, directly and through influence. This new role will also work closely with internal and external partners and participate in multiple key initiatives to enhance Amazon’s global benefit programs and services, to simplify and improve the employee experience, to drive greater efficiencies in cost management and process improvements, and to support our diverse workforce. This role is based in Seattle. Periodic domestic and international business travel is required.
