Reporting to the Director of Executive Recruiting, the Principal, Executive Recruiting will lead a business aligned practice area in support of leadership hiring within Amazon. This is a fast paced role with a fun and exciting team. This search specialist will be a player\coach, providing strategic thought leadership for the team and directly utilizing a range of skills to find the best talent for Amazon including search research, networking and candidate development.
