One critical piece of this funnel is our community engagement initiatives where we are building multi-channel AI powered modern stack for supporting customers where they are. This includes supporting customers on various forums and social channels (e.g. github, twitter, stack exchange etc).
We are looking for a seasoned and hands on engineering manager who can help take the social engagement to the next level. This role requires dealing with ambiguity and help shape the direction of assisting customers on these channels. You will be responsible for managing a team, work with partners across Azure org and identify opportunities to increase our social presence. As part of this role, you will identify ways to increase employee engagement with customers and helping build a customer obsessed mindset across the org.
