The Amazon HR Services Solutions team is seeking a talented and passionate Principal Employee Systems and Services Strategist to lead the employee HR systems and services experience worldwide. The ideal candidate will balance a big-picture vision with detailed focus, and tactical execution to deliver world-class business results. Reporting to the Director of HR Services Solutions, you will work closely with the HR business, Product and IT teams to ensure all of the HR systems and services are employee-centric. You will be an expert in Amazon’s various businesses ensuring solutions support their needs as needed, ensuring the HR Services Solutions team enables Amazon to compete real-time. Your success will be measured by 2M happy employees, making all of their lives easier when using HR systems and services. · Possess knowledge on incorporating employee experience into HR services; employee-centric culture, organizational adoption and accountability, voice of the employee insights and understanding, experience design and improvement, metrics and measurement, and experience strategy. · Minimum 15 years management experience with large-scale businesses and service design operations. · Minimum 5 years experience with large-scale HR business and operations. · Possess an understanding of HR systems, their capabilities and limitations. · Possess knowledge of design thinking, service design, web and mobile
