Basic Qualifications: · 10+ years of relevant international business development or content acquisition experience required · Track record of negotiating complex licensing agreements · Strong communication and organizational skills · Excellent data analysis, quantitative skills and ability to dive deep · Ability to develop ideas independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment Preferred Qualifications: · Strong understanding of digital music services and business models · Experience working in the music industry or other related digital content acquisition roles · A personal passion for music
