In this role you'll be a mighty army of one, working across HR, the AWS Business, and our Amazon HR central technology teams to help develop and implement technology solutions for AWS employees and managers globally. Initial deep-dive focus will be on Time and Attendance strategy roadmap development, delivery, and change management globally, from Asia to EMEA to LATAM to North America. We're looking for strategic leadership in this area on requirements gathering, risk analysis and tradeoffs, build vs. buy strategy, and change management. The role is unique and matrixed and you'll need to be a master of influence and have a love of engaging the lay-customer on technical topics and solutions.
