The Principal Account Manager for Amazon Experts will be responsible for providing business leadership and management across a defined base of key accounts. You will build and maintain strategic and tactical relationships, develop and manage opportunities, monitor projects and engage resources to deliver sales results. In this role you will: · Drive revenue and market share in a defined territory or industry vertical. · Meet or exceed quarterly revenue targets. · Develop and execute against a comprehensive account plan. · Create and articulate compelling value propositions around Experts services. · Accelerate customer adoption. · Work with partners to extend reach and drive adoption. · Manage contract negotiation for incremental products/services. · Develop long-term strategic relationships with key accounts. · Ensure customer satisfaction. · Expect moderate travel.
· Bachelors degree · 8+ years of enterprise sales or business development experience with quota accountability required - including at least four years managing key accounts· Masters degree · Expertise in the real estate industry · Be a self starting technology enthusiast who is prepared to develop and execute against a coverage plan and consistently deliver on quarterly revenue targets · Ability to think strategically and analytically about business, product, and technical challenges, with the ability to build and convey compelling value propositions, and work cross-organizationally to build consensus
