· Bachelor's of Science Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Industrial Manufacturing and Systems Engineering or related field and 10+ years of relevant work experience · Strong Mathematical/Statistical/Physics fundamentals · Strong analog, digital, and high-speed circuit design · Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to explain complex concepts and designs to colleagues across disciplines · Experience in communicating with end users, business teams and management to collect requirements, describe product features and refine technical designs · Experience managing vendors locally and
