The Microsoft Incentives Operations Team is looking for an experienced Business Architect focusing on Payments capability, you will be responsible for end to end business management and orchestration with key stakeholders from Engineering, Operations within Microsoft and externally with Partners and working teams. You will also influence and leverage the Payment strategy for many an incubation module we bring into Incentives. You will play a key role as the Operations Payment expert influencing the future
The role is based in Redmond and may require some travel to connect with field and partners globally. Travel is 10% of the role. To successfully perform the duties of the Business Architect for Microsoft Incentive Operations the ideal candidate will possess the following competencies: Act as subject matter expert providing best-practice guidance on payments processes and implementation approaches. Understand challenges of current state, influence engineering strategy, suggest suitable Payment capabilities, feature, functionality to collaborate on architecture development and future state roadmap
Required Qualifications: A minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Operations, Business, Engineering or a related field, or equivalent alternative education, skills, and/or practical experience. 7+ years of Relevant business experience within Operations, IT, Sales Incentives, Systems Design, Program Management, or Project Management. Preferred Qualifications: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; comfort of working with data and driving insight and action. Payment platform/ industry experience. Open, confident communicator effective in senior levels of engagement. Experience leading major change
