· Bachelor’s degree · 5+ years of paid search experience, managing 7 figure marketing budgets · 5+ years of demonstrated and progressive success, with substantial experience in digital marketing for a consumer brand and/or subscription, LTV oriented business · A deep knowledge of search marketing tactics and platforms · Experience with Facebook Ad Manager, Google AdWords, Bing Ads, Oath Ads, and bid management platforms such as Marin, Kenshoo etc. · Google Ads Certified · Experience with keyword analysis, common keyword research tools · Must be comfortable with advanced Excel and capable of manipulating
