Are you excited about the cloud computing industry? Are you interested in driving high impact programs while partnering with colleagues at all level of the organization, including direct executive visibility? The AWS Business Development team is looking for a passionate, results-oriented Program Manager to own defining, developing, and executing programs with touchpoints across the AWS sales organization. The ideal candidate will be an effective written and verbal communicator with executive audiences and have strong stakeholder engagement and project management skills, enabling them to work with key business stakeholders to understand requirements and shape deliverables. You should also have a demonstrated ability to think strategically and analytically about business, product, and technical challenges, with the ability to work cross-organizationally. A keen sense of ownership and drive is a must. You should be a self-starter with a bias towards independent problem solving. You must be
· Bachelor's degree · 5+ years of program management experience · Excellent problem solving skills · Experience in the technology industry · Experience working in a fast-paced environment similar to a high-tech start-up · Strong interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills · Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office suite, including Word and Excel· Project management certification (e.g. PMP) · Ability to discern between material issues impacting deliverables and the day-to-day “noise” of program management · Curiosity and the willingness/ability to dive into process details · Ability to
