The Cloud Supply Chain and Provisioning (CSCP) group is an exciting and fast evolving engineering group within Microsoft. CSCP's mission is to optimize and deliver industry leading cloud infrastructure and foundational technologies for Microsoft's online services used by our Customers around the world. The organization is responsible for strategy and delivery of the foundational platform for all Microsoft Online Services including demand and capacity forecasting, supply chain, data centers, networking, bandwidth, operations, and incident management. CSCP supports over 200 online businesses including Bing, O365, OneDrive, Xbox and Windows Azure branded services. The Cloud Sourcing and Supply Chain organization within CSSC manages the hardware and services sourcing for all of Microsoft's current and future on-line services. Seeking a high caliber Network Hardware Commodity Manager who will be responsible for developing sourcing strategies and influencing hardware technology roadmap to meet Microsoft Cloud requirements. Network Hardware Commodities include Switches (TOR, MOR), Routers, Load Balancers, etc. Driving continual cost reductions and ensuring continuity of supply to meet the Cloud's exponential growth are key success measures for this position.
