· Map existing global network footprint. · Identify existing and prospective locations for network consolidation and expansion. · Design and deploy technical support including re-imagining existing processes such as channel of support, and resources. · Stratify support to invest resources for complex products by reducing cost of operation through a global footprint for existing products. · Iterate support for complex products through periodic transition, balancing quality and cost of operations. · Responsible for designing the support strategy for complex and existing products. · Support product launch including identification of correct support model, and establishing sourcing plan.

· 4+ years in a leadership role with experience in capacity planning or network strategy, delivering launch projects in technical support · Six Sigma certified · Led operations in a technical support environment · Industrial Engineering background with a focus on optimization of complex processes, systems or organizations.
