Multimedia Content Developer Are you a versatile, problem solver with the array of skills needed to create and implement online multimedia content? Can you communicate complex technical and business concepts in a visually appealing way? Amazon’s Digital, Device and Alexa Support organization is looking for an experienced Multimedia Content Developer. The successful candidate will audit, research, strategize, plan and lead the development and production of engaging multimedia (videos, prototypes, infographics and interactive tools) experiences that are used to help our customers as well as train our internal employees. This role will be deeply involved in our Customer Service business and will involve working collaboratively with designers, web developers, project management teams and content developers across the globe. · Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field · A portfolio that demonstrates strong visual design skills and 2D motion design capabilities. · Experience working in a studio or design production environment (graphics and video production) · Experience creating and publishing content for social media · Knowledge of trending and emerging online multimedia tools and formats · Advanced experience in Adobe After Effects · Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, technical environment· 3+ years of experience in a live-action studio · Any Illustration skills a strong plus. · Familiarity with the rest of Adobe
