Are you passionate about helping customers overcome the challenges and complexities related to the transformational cloud adoption initiatives and help them achieve significantly differentiated business outcomes through successfully moving to the AWS at scale? We are seeking a Migration Success Lead who will be responsible for the migration success of the AWS enterprise customers in the AWS Migration Acceleration Program (MAP). These are the customers who have taken on ambitious, multi-year transformation journeys with AWS, and are executing the largest-scale AWS migrations in the region. As the Migration Success Lead, you will have an exciting opportunity to work with the customers in your region and the global MAP team to identify customers that are at having challenges in the execution of their
· 5 years of leadership experience managing large scale technology transformation programs · 10 years of relevant work experience in advisory, solution architecture, systems integration, transformation management, or customer success roles with large enterprise companies · Highly independent, enthusiastic and structured; ability to own and drive with minimal guidance · Strong interpersonal skills, able to navigate complex organizational structures and relationships · Strong problem solving and analytic skills, with pragmatic business judgement · Demonstrated leadership through influence and ability
