Program Manager who
We're looking for a Program Manager who loves problem solving and coordinating a team of both Program Specialists and Program Managers to ensure customer impacting issues are mitigated quickly and correctly in the Digital and Device Command Center. This highly visible role will supervise a team of specialists in day to day emerging issue management and will also support a team of program managers in managing small to medium sized projects as they relate to the larger team. This person will work closely with multiple stakeholders including Command Center Specialists and Program Managers, business teams, and customer service operations teams globally. This individual will seek and drive improvements that enable us to learn, operate, measure, and continually improve and scale our service. - Day to day real time support of a team of Program Specialists to ensure effective emerging issue management and Program Managers to drive and manage small to medium sized projects. - Manage and prioritize
- 2 years minimum managerial experience. - Ability to work in an environment with a team that works 24/7/365 which may include rotating shifts, nights, and weekends/holidays on occasion. - Technical aptitude and ability to translate technical jargon into layman’s terms. - Must possess strong written and oral communication skills and a practical, common sense approach to getting things done. - Comfortable challenging the status quo and questioning existing practices. - Ability to quickly adapt to changing priorities and generate creative solutions in a rapidly changing environment - Demonstrated
