Based on the examples we've already launched in Amazon Teens and Textures and Hues, we're working on the next set of specialized shopping experiences to help customers discover more of Amazon's selection. We're seeking a creative, driven marketing manager who wants to understand the ins and outs of how different customers use Amazon today and is inspired to create new experiences can meet more of their unique needs. A successful candidate will be a talented, dynamic and self-directed marketer. This role will create, schedule and analyze marketing placements across onsite channels. You will create a onsite and social plan that reaches our key demographic and encourages them to use our services, building customer trust and driving additional purchasing on Amazon. You will need to understand our customers deeply, know their motivations and interest, and translate that knowledge into compelling, meaningful content. · 3+ years experience in online marketing or e-commerce merchandising. · Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications or a related field. · Proficient with a varied set of software and editing tools (including HTML, Excel, and image editing software). · Strong verbal and written communication skills. · Confident, self-motivated individual with strong, demonstrable bias for action. · Proven ability to deliver results and prioritize tasks in a fast-moving, dynamic environment. · Extensive experience with iterative content testing. · Experience writing customer-facing content that is on-brand, relevant,
