Amazon Music seeks a smart, driven, customer-obsessed, analytical merchandiser who wants to be a part of that history of innovation by joining the Digital Music Engagement team and helping take Amazon Music to the next level. This role will own the merchandising strategy for bringing Prime members into Amazon Music and retaining them, including customer segmentation, testing, analyzing and reporting on the results, and creating best practices to be used globally. This role will also work closely with our product teams to drive improvements to our merchandising systems, which are unique to the Amazon Music app. A successful candidate will have a passion for understanding customer behavior and be able to communicate this to stakeholders

· 3+ years of marketing experience · Experience using data and metrics to measure impact and determine improvements · BA/BS required · 3 to 5 years of relevant work experience in online marketing, site merchandising, or content management. · Knowledge of HTML, XML, and Excel. Comfortable with a varied set of software and editing tools. · Demonstrated success in delivering results in a fast-paced, rapid-growth environment · Highly organized and detail-oriented · Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills· Strong analytic and quantitative skills - ability to use data to develop
