Responsibilities Manage a set of Microsoft Services web experiences aligned to customer needs, key marketing moments and our overall digital strategy Collaborate with go-to-market teams to continuously improve the site and deliver best-in-class content, logical engagement paths, and customer learning. Interact with business stakeholders to obtain, clarify, and verify requirements for projects. Define and track success metrics in order to deliver on key site goals. Track, analyze and report on site metrics and customer data, share insights from optimization testing and UX research. Build new pages
Primary Qualifications Has mastered key aspects of business-driven web strategy for enterprise audiences. 5+ years digital marketing experience. 3+ years management of large scale site experiences. Demonstrated ability to think strategically, execute efficiently, work under deadline pressure and manage multiple projects. Proven effectiveness in working within a large company to gain commitment and support for projects and initiatives. Comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously and autonomously amid ambiguity, and to forge partnerships and drive for results at all levels of Microsoft
