The F3 / Prime Now team is looking for an experienced Manager to lead our Catalog Program Management team to support the Prime Now U.S. Catalog and drive initiatives to increase efficiencies and quality of the Prime Now experience. The Prime Now catalog is an essential part of the Prime Now experience as it is the basis for the customer and shopper CX and can fundamentally influence the way customers shop and how productive shoppers can be. In this role you will work closely with launch management, operations, marketing, and Whole Foods Market central and store team members as well as various product management teams across F3 to shape the catalog on Prime Now. You will own driving quality initiatives across the catalog team, track our KPI’s and communicate to leadership risks and changes. In addition you will own all third-party relationships and be the main point of contact for legal compliance projects as they can be highly time and accuracy sensitive.
