Our team is where all these cool products and more come together. We are a growing, high-energy engineering team that builds all the systems that make sure these great products work perfectly as they leave our factories. We design and build all the test system used to check our products from the beginning to the end of the manufacturing line and are responsible for billions of dollars of products being delivered at the highest quality to our customers. As a Manager of HW Test Engineering, you will own a broad set of features and products. Working with our mechanical, electrical, firmware, software, design verification and reliability engineers along with Manufacturing you will be responsible to bring a product from concept into mass production. You will also develop partnerships with internal and external organizations

Other areas of responsibility include but are not limited to: Making and driving decisions based on business program needs, creating dynamic and highly capable feature teams, leading test system development team meetings during the product cycle, driving problems to resolution quickly; developing, driving and maintaining a detailed master project schedule with team input and being knowledgeable about the broader business. Other tasks include platform development, product definition, project budget management, risk assessment and management, schedule development, translating business requirements
Qualifications include: • A minimum of 5 years of Hardware Management and a minimum of 7 years Product Development • A sense of urgency, passion and understanding of overall business priorities is essential • Passionate about strong design processes and engineering excellence • Demonstrated team leadership skills • Demonstrated collaboration / partnering skills • BS degree in EE or ME or equivalent field, MS a plus • Experience developing business (cost/ tradeoff) analyses • Excellent communications skills • Strong technical skills • Experience with high-volume world-class design and manufacturing
