The Tech360 team is looking for a smart, enthusiastic, hard-working, and creative candidate to join the AWS Referential Data Management (ARMR) team. This position will be responsible for managing a team (approx. 4-6) of high performing analysts and engineers, responsible for ensuring successful delivery of business goals, effective people management and adherence to productivity and quality assurance. The ARMR platform powers the selling, marketing and support teams to grow the AWS business. While constantly ingesting new selection, we also strive to continuously improve the quality of existing catalog data by identifying defects and fixing them using automated technology solutions. In the first year, the successful candidate will work with multiple teams to analyze and resolve DQ defects to eliminate duplications, enrich data with addresses and industry affiliation then ensure appropriate customer hierarchies are defined .
