Amazon is looking for an experienced, talented and highly motivated individual to join our Customer Loyalty team in Seattle, WA. We are seeking a manager to lead our Analytics and Tech team to create new capabilities that support both the scaling and impact of our customer research for business teams all over the world. We strive to understand and measure Amazon’s end-to-end customer experience to present actionable findings and business recommendations to achieve our vision: Earth's Most Customer-Centric Company. This role will be critical in supporting key areas of expansion, including: · Managing a growing team of data 'wranglers' and technology specialists · Building out new technology capabilities to support automation of manual work (e.g., API development, model deployment via SageMaker and EIDR, pipepline work with Python) · Enhancing

· Bachelor’s Degree · 7+ years of relevant experience in analytics, data engineering, business intelligence, market research or related field. · Experience managing a team of Business Analysts or Business Intelligence Engineers · Proficient in SQL, ETL, data modeling, Python, Java, and/or big data management · Knowledge of AWS analytical services (e.g., Redshift, Data Pipeline, EMR, Machine Learning, Kinesis)· Experience in roadmap planning, project prioritization, and resource management. · Excited to learn new technologies and analytical methodologies relating to business intelligence and data
