Amazon is seeking a litigation paralegal to help coordinate and support ongoing litigation, labor and employment, regulatory, and compliance matters handled by the Legal Department. Responsibilities will include a wide range of tasks, such as internal fact investigation for current cases, document and deposition discovery support, interviewing internal witnesses, investigating and coordinating responses to cease and desist demands and other pre-dispute communications, supporting labor and employment compliance and training projects, coordinating and scheduling outside counsel, and participating in witness preparation. The job will also require project management experience, specifically to support case preparation activities, litigation discovery, Amazon's company-wide compliance efforts, document retention programs, and Legal Department information management efforts.
