Amazon is looking for a customer-obsessed, driven, problem solver to lead learning programs and develop learning content designed to equip Amazon employees with HR process and systems knowledge to support our growing business. This includes elearning development, performance support and just-in-time content, instructor-led course materials, and knowledge management solutions. The Learning Experience Designer will continuously improve these learning programs using an array of creative approaches which drive productivity, innovation, and operational excellence. The role requires an individual who can innovate, move quickly, and not be constrained by how things have been done before. Specific responsibilities will include: · Own assessment, design, development and maintenance of business critical learning programs. · Report to business leaders monthly on the status of programs including: delivered projects, success metrics, work in progress and new requests. · Create and continuously improve

· Bachelor's degree in a relevant field. · 5+ years of experience in instructional design and developing learning content. · Program management experience. · Demonstrated proficiency with tools such as, Articulate Storyline, Camtasia and the Adobe Creative Suite. · Experience with HTML, CSS and JavaScript.· Industry certifications in Instructional Design, Project Management. · 3+ years in project or program management. · Strong knowledge of learning principles and methodologies with a track record of practical application in formal and informal contexts. · Demonstrated ability to communicate difficult
