In addition, you will have strong program management experience, especially as it relates to the training/development space. You'll be empowered to curate, create and continuously improve learning content using an array of creative approaches that inspire learners and drive career and workforce progression
· 5+ yrs of relevant experience in an instructional design role · 3+ yrs experience designing and developing training materials in all modalities, including ILT, e-learning, video · 3+ yrs experience with eLearning development tools such as Captivate, Articulate Storyline, Camtasia, GoAnimate, and Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator· Meets/exceeds Amazon’s leadership principles requirements for this role · Meets/exceeds Amazon’s functional/technical depth and complexity for this role · Background in learning theory/course facilitation. · Experience with Madcap Flare is a strong plus.
