Are you passionate about growing leaders and helping new leaders become successful? The Amazon Executive Development (ED) team is hiring an experienced leadership development professional who will: (a) analyze and interpret individual leadership and organization capability requirements; (b) translate these requirements into an effective, efficient and relevant program design; (c) strategically project manage, organize and deliver these leadership programs; (d) support participants in embedding acquired learning and capability beyond the program to their roles and organizations; and (e) measure, track success so that we can iterate and constantly improve design. Strong theoretical domain expertise in management/leadership development, culture, and organizational development are a must. In addition, the ideal candidate will have substantial experience as a practitioner in a variety of organizations, and an operational understanding of how to systematically build organizational capability

· 5+ years of work experience in the areas of management and leadership development, organization development, group facilitation, needs analysis, learning design (blended), and program delivery. · Fluency and experience in Talent Management practices. · Proven design and delivery track record in multiple, complex business environments. · Master facilitator or presenter with experience developing other senior facilitators and trainers. · Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent post-secondary degree required in Human Resources management, Organizational Development or related field. · Experience in a business
