The AWS Marketing Automation Team is looking for a passionate, insightful, and results-oriented Support Specialist to support AWS Sales and Marketing orgs with lead routing inquiries. We are looking for a Support Specialist that will be responsible for the front-line support, troubleshooting, and requirement collection from our sales users. The Support Specialist will work daily requests for issue resolution, which will require this person to dig in and find quick resolutions to sales member concerns, and also escalate any issues as appropriate. They will track and monitor stakeholder sentiment, unearth new concerns, and translate them into potential project proposals. They will support the development of new program elements and test all new functionality being deployed by the Lead Management Team. Responsibilities Include: · Daily support of sales and marketing users in troubleshooting and resolving inquiries into Lead Routing Questions · Training users on new solutions and changes ·

· 1+ years experience with Salesforce · 1+ years experience in Sales · Experience with project management and process improvement · Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, MIS or related field· Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills · Excellent communication (verbal and written), interpersonal skills, and an ability to effectively communicate with both business and technical teams · Familiarity with agile software delivery methodologies such as Scrum · Experience in writing business requirement documents Amazon is an Equal Opportunity-Affirmative Action Employer
