We are currently looking to hire an experienced Lead Fulfillment Associate to join us and play a critical role in supporting the front-line operations team within our Global IT Warehouse in Seattle. The Lead Fulfillment Associate will manage the day to day work of Logistics Coordinators and Technical Support Associates in support of daily and weekly productivity targets. The Lead Fulfillment Associate will focus on the operational team within the warehouse to include receive, inbound, order preparation, outbound, transportation via contract couriers or major logistics carriers. Duties include supporting daily management of department duties, including allocating labor, leading meetings, assigning job duties and communicating with internal and external suppliers. Escalates barriers to Operations leaders. Drives and executes standard work in
· Must have a High School diploma or equivalent · Must be willing and able to work all shifts · Must be willing and able to work overtime, as required · Must be able to read and take direction in English · Must be able to stand/walk for up to 10-12 hours · Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds · Must be able to assist in all aspects of production · Must be flexible to changing roles and responsibilities · Must help production meet customer’s expectation · Passion for quality and the customer · Meticulous attention to detail· Education beyond High School, and/or prior experience managing employees
