The North American Operations HR team is looking for a curious, intuitive, high-judgement, and self-motivated Internal Communications Manager to drive the internal communications strategy in partnership with Operations and HR leaders. The position will provide support for Operations and HR associates through clear, factual communications and will provide strategic communication counsel to cross-functional partners on a wide range of complex topics. You will manage issues, changes, and crisis communications and execute on strategic employee communications, programs, and experiences across the business. You will be accountable to coordinate message management across various channels and focus on embedding two-way feedback channels to enable continuous improvement. · A bachelor’s degree from an accredited university · 5+ years of communications including issues/crisis and change management experience within a national company or logistics/retail company · Excellent written and verbal communications, with the ability to think and communicate clearly, formulate a clear point of view on complicated issues, and create a concise and well-written narrative · Proven track record of delivery on major internal communications campaigns · Experience developing relevant content for a diverse, remote and mobile workforce · Experience creating metrics to measure communication
