We are seeking a talented, driven, and highly analytical Instock Manager to drive selection and in-stock for Amazon's Prime Now and Fresh programs. This is a unique opportunity to play a key role on an important initiative at Amazon. The ideal candidate will be highly analytical with proven experience driving process improvement, thought leadership, and delivering results. The Instock Manager will be responsible for executing inventory strategies to optimize customer experience, sales, margin and turns. They will be relentlessly focused on delivering high in-stock rates in order to meet the needs of our customers. They will dive deep core drivers of in-stock performance, and proactively identify opportunities to improve tools and work flows.
