We are looking for a dynamic, organized self-starter to join our Human Resources department as a HR Program Coordinator for AMZL Logistics. In this position, you will partner with cross functional teams to support HR strategy and program implementation that fosters the organization and people development. You must be able to manage multiple competing priorities across a variety of programs. This is a support role, you will need to jump in where needed to help programs run smoothly. The Program Coordinator will identify areas of process improvement and analyze data to inform a better program. You must understand the business units you are supporting. You'll need to support the HR consultation aspect of client business programs.

· · Bachelor's degree · · 1+ years of HR Administrative Support or Project Management experience· · Excellent written and verbal communication skills · · Impeccable customer service with a demonstrated desire to exceed expectations · · Experience supporting large projects or programs end to end · · Passion for innovative HR solutions and process improvement · · Strong business acumen, including problem solving and analytical skills · · The ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously · · Proven ability to cultivate strong partnerships, interface, communicate and influence at all levels
