Basic requirements: · 8+ years designing interactive experiences with consistent growth in scale and project complexity. · 5+ years as manager of large design teams and as a leader of leaders. · Demonstrated experience leading and growing high performing design teams, and developing leaders. · Bachelor’s degree in design or related field. · Demonstrated experience designing in agile environments. · Expert working knowledge of standard interactive design tools and process. · Demonstrated portfolio of work with a proven track record for solving difficult UX design problems and simplifying difficult
