AWS is hiring a Head of Global Campaigns, to plan, develop and deliver campaigns that drive demand and generate leads for AWS Partner solutions. The ideal candidate must have in-depth experience building and leading a team that produces global campaigns, including experience in persona targeting, buyer’s journey marketing, content marketing, creative management and digital tactics, execution/optimization and reporting. The person who fills this role should also be experienced in working closely with global partner marketing leaders, managing agencies and working cross functionally with key groups such as product marketing, partner marketing, digital marketing, Partners, etc. Responsibilities · Lead a team of marketing professionals that plans and delivers integrated global campaigns with partners. · Facilitate marketing campaign prioritization in collaboration with internal stakeholders · Obtain input and work closely with global field marketing and sales teams to understand campaign needs

· Minimum of 10 years’ experience in a high-tech B2B demand generation or sales supporting marketing role. · Experience designing, building, and launching successful global B2B lead and demand generation campaigns. · Expertise with demand generation tactics such as email, live and virtual events, search, display and social marketing. · Strong knowledge of measurement approaches including multi-touch attribution. · Problem-solver with the ability to run analyses, track metrics, and find creative ways to optimize performance. Expertise with marketing optimization programs and website analytics. ·
