Amazon Devices—the team behind the best-selling Amazon Echo, Kindle E-Reader, Fire Tablet, Fire TV, and Dash Button product lines—is seeking a high-performing, innovative, experiences, results-oriented and customer-obsessed, Manager, Online Traffic Management. As the Head of Echo Online Channel Marketing, you will lead a team of five online marketers, conceiving and proposing new strategies and concepts, guiding those projects to completion—including launching new products, driving traffic, and optimizing existing marketing channels for pre and post sales campaigns. You will also work in a highly collaborative environment touching multiple parts of the online experience including Amazon.com home page, e-mail, and mobile applications. You’ll be asked to draw on your operations experience to manage workflow across the entire Amazon Echo portfolio and own and author quarterly roadmaps that deliver on device sales and channel performance objectives. · Bachelor’s degree or higher in an associated discipline · 5+ years demonstrable experience in an online marketing field · 3+ years of experience managing teams · Experience analyzing marketing campaigns and traffic patterns to determine if they are meeting business objectives · Experience building and executing successful marketing plans that are creative, hypothesis-driven and highly analytical· A Masters of Business Administration (MBA) degree · Proven ability to create customer-facing content that is on-brand, relevant, and tailored to an online audience · Experience with customer segmentation,
